On the Login page, click forget password, enter your mobile number, then click submit to receive the token for login.
Upon logging in, you reach the home page where you click the Complaint icon to file a complaint and see your earlier opened and closed complaints.
To raise sale as well as rent details, click Rent Sale icon on home page. In Sale flat details, choose Flat and available from date. In Rent flat details, choose Flat and available from date. There is also an earlier sale and rent summary.
Emergency contains a list of emergency numbers you can dial at any time in case of an emergency.
1. To visitor report, click My Visitor icon. Select date range and click Go button to get visitor visiting summary.
2. To invite visitor, click My Visitor icon. go to invited visitor and click plus icon and visitor details and save the details. Afterwards, visitor receive the otp to use for visiting in your society. In case visitor lost the otp then you can give him from next tab visitor OTP section.
To get vehicle details, click on Connect In the icon and mention a vehicle registration number which display owner details.
To connect your neighbor, click on Connect In the icon and mention a flat name. Afterwards, it displays your neighbor details, and you can call your neighbor.
